I dropped off my car for the day of my appointment and by noon of that day it was ready. They walked me through the operation of the new stereo before I left. Elite car customs installed a new Gps head unit in my fj cruiser about a month ago and I can not say enough good things about them. Before I even committed to buying a head unit through them, Ben and brandy took the time to answer every question I had which was a lot since I know very little about car stereos. When I went to pick up my car, Ben took the time to walk me through all the features of the unit and he had even set up the screen to match my other interior lights which was greatly appreciated.
